Female, 47, ADHD
When I was younger, suffering from ADHD was a lot easier as it was a widely-known disorder occurring in young children. However, as I’ve gotten older it’s become much harder to explain to people that I do have a form of ADHD, even though I’m not a child. My form of ADHD has developed into anger as I’ve grown, and learning to control it has become easier with the aid of E. P. Therapy. Taking small chunks of time out of my day to focus my brain has really given me the ability to not be angry all the time. Dealing with work stress has become a lot easier, and I’m a more patient person now, with the ability to control my temper.
