A little Stress

There’s stress and then there’s stress and it’s not all bad. It’s fair to say everyone at some point has experienced stress from one degree or another. Running late getting the kids to school. Over spending on the credit card. Getting ready for an exam or not meeting your sales quota at work that’s what I’d consider normal stress. In small short lived amounts, it can be beneficial. It can help you focus, motivate you and push you to reach your goals.
