About 2 years ago I was working regular night shifts in my job, and then a year later I was switched to day shifts. This really messed up my system, and my body was finding it hard to sleep during the times when it was used to working. After about a month of not sleeping properly, and consequently being tired in my daytime shift, I was asked to take some time off work as my condition became dangerous for my job. This really knocked me back and I felt like there was no hope and I was never going to get my sleeping pattern back. Luckily I found E. P.
